Jackie Jenkins
An accomplished stylist from the Comox Valley, this valued team member was attracted to Roots the Salon by its lively ambience. In addition to professional cutting and coloring expertise, Jackie is a specialist at extensions and chemical straightening.
In 2007 she participated in Wella Trend Vision, and placed high enough in Regional competition to garner a spot in the National Championships in Montreal. Jackie is licensed and Master Colourist-certified.
She has a distinct personal style inspired by artwork and fashions of the 1940’s and 1950’s, and enjoys body art, crafting, and collecting vintage memorabilia.
